Getting Started with RentPayment.com

Residents may pay online with eCheck, credit or debit. Follow these steps to get started with RentPayment.com.

1) Visit RentPayment.com

2) Sign up by clicking New To RentPayment? You will be prompted to fill out new account information.

3) Select Set up AutoPay or Make One-Time Payment

Pay Online by eCheck

Residents may pay online using an electronic check, which is an electronic version of a paper check, used to process a payment online using your Checking or Savings account. To pay via eCheck, log in to RentPayment.com and add your Checking or Savings information. This service is provided free of charge!

Pay Online with Credit/Debit

Residents may pay via credit/debit card. Log in to RentPayment.com, add your card information, and you will be able to complete your payment by email. RentPayment charges a $27.95 convenience fee to process your request. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted.

Pay By Phone with Credit/Debit

Residents may call toll-free, 1-866-289-5977, to speak with a live RentPayment Client Care Representative and pay rent using a credt/debit card. RentPayment charges a $33.95 convenience fee to process your request with a live Client Care Representative . Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted. There is also an option to pay rent using the automated PayByPhone system 24-7 by following the prompts at 1-866-289-5977. RentPayment charges a $27.95 convenience fee to process your  payment using the automated PayByPhone system.

Pay in Person

Residents may pay in person via personal check or money order by dropping it by the Parcstone Leasing Center. No additional fees apply.
